No! Forexcounty allows one account per person on our platform for your security and ours:

• As a law abiding entity, we respect the legal provisions of countries with strong regulations on how much an individual can send into an account each month or each year. Multiple accounts make it impossible to enforce such limits.
• As a regulated money transfer company, we can't violate the rules or laws, and thus, we cannot allow any one person to have more than one account

Yes, you can send money to your own account back home, or to any family member or friend. Once you have a recipient set up, you may use the Quick Send option to make it easier for future transfers.

• You can change or update your recipient's information before you create a transfer.
• We understand that people relocate and they may need to get money sent to a different bank account or cash pickup location.

If your online money transfer is not completed or delivered after you have funded the transfer, you may request a cancellation of the transfer and you will be refunded your payment in full. Note: It is the sender's responsibility to enter the recipient's payout account information correctly. An incorrect number may result in funds going to another person's account. We work with the receiver's bank to collect the money, but it is often a difficult and time-consuming process.

Inputting an incorrect recipient account number can result in your money being misdirected to another person's account. While we will do all we can to resolve the issue, please be sure to enter the account number correctly. Working with our partners may take a while to get your money back. There are varieties of factors that may cause the delay or cancellation of a transfer. If our Account Security team has a question about a transfer or need to verify any information, they will attempt to contact you via phone and email. To protect the security of your account and your financial information, they may cancel a transfer if they have not heard back from you.

Forexcounty charges a transaction fee of between £1.00 - £5.00 GBP for money transfers depending on:

• Your payment method
• How much money do you send
• Where do you send the money
• Your recipient location and country
• Which currency do you select for disbursement

• Normally, recipient can receive money instantly or within a day.
• Transfers could take longer to deliver due to certain factors such as method of deposit, banks' network, local bank holidays or clearing cycles of recipient banks.
• Delivery times are clearly shown after selecting a country and method of delivery.
• Once we receive your order, we pass it through our fraud and security tools. Some transfers will be approved immediately and sent for payment in just a few seconds. Others could be held for a brief time because we may need to verify a few things from a fraud and compliance standpoint, or collect additional documents.

You have a few options for funding your transfers:

• Please note that the name on your debit card must match the name on your Forexcounty account. If it does not, please be aware that your transfer will be delayed and potentially cancelled.
• Also, take note that your credit card company may treat your transfer as a cash withdrawal and charge additional fees and interest.

• For your protection, we use the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa systems to ensure only valid orders are processed.

The most popular and convenient delivery methods is by:
